Of course, the NW pro nails almost all of them clapping.gif
Have the heros been re-described recently Mike? I was thinking I had H. efasciatus?

The one to the right in #5 is a passive female multispinosa thumbsup.gif

Anyone got #2? happy.gif happy.gif happy.gif

H, I just took a guess 'cause your severum seem to be in spawning colors there so I couldn't tell which actual species they were.

Most of the fish sold as green severum here in the states are actually the turquoise severum, Heros appendiculatus.

Heros efasciatus have more spotting and broken lines through their bodies, and in general are a little more colorful.

The true Heros severus is a magnificent fish, and unfortunately rarely seen in the hobby.

Again, H. appendiculatus was just a guess on my part. You very well may have H. efasciatus. I just can't tell from that pic tongue.gif

lol, thanks, but I cheated. I think I would have known, regardless. The only one I didn't know was the geo, I'm pretty weak with those. Weaker than I am with the others, at least. confused.gif

Hey sev, good to 'see' you too. How about posting up some of your pics of 'Big Red' or his progeny for us?

For those who may not know, sev has what is arguably the most beautiful Thorichthys meeki ever seen!
